I hope that you are aware that I was very pleased with the entire project. We got started on time and finished just as expected and best of all was slightly under budget. Probably the best news was the craftsmanship that went into the building. I relied heavily on your knowledge of materials and processes. You were willing to try new ideas and steered me away from several problems. You were always available to discuss any issues and we quickly resolved them.
