Efficiency
PIB’s homes consume much less energy than pre-owned homes due to new energy efficient construction. For example: air infiltration wrap and foam, insulation in walls and ceilings; double-paned, low E windows; and advanced Carrier heating and cooling systems with high SEER ratings.
Advanced Construction
Engineered post tension cable foundations, finger-jointed studs and continuous roof venting are just some of the items used in the construction of a PIB home. Low maintenance products such as fiber cement siding and engineered trusses improve the durability of the home. |

Technology
Modern appliances are standard in PIB homes. The difference between today's appliances and those of just a few years ago are significant. Our homes are wired for home theater systems, high speed internet access, multiple telephone lines, security systems, audio systems, irrigation and many other convenient features.
Safety and Health
A new PIB home complies with the most recent building codes. These codes require GFI outlets that can reduce the risk of electrocution; arc fault circuits which can reduce the risk of fire; and tempered glass which can reduce the risk of serious injury.
Health hazards can sometimes be an issue in older homes. Lead and asbestos, which can cause illnesses, have been eliminated from new home construction. Also, we have taken steps to significantly reduce VOCs, such as formaldehyde, in our homes.
Modern Design and Finish
PIB’s home designs typically include: open kitchens, master suites separate from secondary bedrooms, home offices, bonus rooms and over-sized garages. Our homes are finished with the finest materials available. Granite and travertine countertops, Jacuzzi tubs, stainless appliances, remote control ceiling fans, etc.

Personalization
When you purchase a PIB home it can be personalized to your tastes. You can select cabinetry, flooring, lighting, fixtures, hardware, appliances, and paint colors that match your own furnishings and tastes. Personalizing your home during the construction process is much easier than going backwards and making repairs, remodeling and living in a construction zone for months at a time.
Customer Service
With a pre-owned home, it may be difficult to determine the type and quality of building materials that were used or what maintenance was performed on the home over the years by the previous owner(s).
With a new PIB home, you know exactly what materials were used in the construction of your home and in the case of a custom home you get to watch the construction of the home.
Warranty
An ACES Warranty is provided with all of our homes. Knowing exactly what your warranty program is and having a builder that will stand behind the warranty program can be a big relief when making such a significant investment. |
